Specialty areas include Kent, Auburn, Maple Valley, Renton, Burien, Bellevue, Seattle, Issaquah, Bothell, Snohomish, Woodinville, Maltby, Clearview, Mill Creek and other nearby communities. We have also facilitated transactions in Pierce County.

Barry began his real estate career in 1986 and was first licensed in the State of Connecticut. Early in his real estate career, he worked for the Connecticut State Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate Examiner and learned a great deal about the ethics and conduct of the real estate professionals. He worked in a regulatory capacity investigating complaints against real estate agents. As a result his understanding of the ethics and conduct of being a real estate professional is very advanced!

Barry has extensive experience in providing real estate consulting services to public agencies. He has worked as a Consultant Project Manager and Lead Negotiator for the Washington Department of Transportation's I-405 Expansion Project, as well as the SeaTac Third Runway Expansion Project on behalf of the Port of Seattle. He acted as a “buyers agent” to negotiate and facilitate hundreds of real estate transactions.

Barry and Tanda both have extensive training and experience in negotiations. A critical component for success in the sale and purchase of real estate.
