Meet the Sullivans

Barry was born and raised in Connecticut into a political family. His father was a state senator and Barry spent a good deal of his childhood campaigning for Dad! Barry has 3 brothers, all as redheaded Irish as he is and successful career-oriented professionals. Barry moved from Connecticut to Florida and finally Seattle in pursuit of a successful real estate/right of way career.
Tanda was born in California to a Navy family and located to the Seattle area in 1968. She has one sister and two brothers all but one resides in the area. Tanda has lived and worked in Seattle, NE Tacoma, Federal Way and Kent for over 39 years.
Tanda and Barry met on the Internet, dated for nearly two years and decided to form a team! We married in June of 2003 and look forward to a long, happy, loving life together as life and business partners. We recently moved from the Kent East Hill to the Maltby area of Snohomish County and are thrilled to be part of a rural, friendly and growing community. In August 2006 we held a christening for our new home and invited many of our clients/friends and new neighbors. A good time was had by all!
We have three children, Miranda Wilkinson (married to Jared Wilkinson), Jennifer Sizemore and Jared Sizemore. We recently added one new member to our family when Jennifer gave birth to Danaysia (nene for short) and now know why you should have grandchildren first!
We have many friends and enjoy gatherings with them. We count our clients as friends and look forward to long-standing lifetime relationships on both a personal and professional level.
In our free time we enjoy downhill skiing at Stevens Pass and Lake Tahoe, biking the beautiful Sammamish and Burke Gilman trails, hiking Mt. Rainier, playing with Nene and working out at local Golds’ Gym in Bothell.
We have chosen Habitat for Humanity as a part of our lives and an extension of our core value set. We believe in home ownership and the ability for all that want to pursue the many avenues available. Habitat for Humanity makes home-ownership possible for people who would have a very difficult time achieving the dream through more traditional means. We enjoy helping build for those people.
Thank you for sharing in our lives!
